Notification: Changed packaging of Novo Nordisk insulins

Changes in the appearance of the packaging of Novo Nordisk insulins are being phased in. There have been no changes to the insulin preparations and product/brand names are clearly displayed on the packaging.

Important information, before each insulin injection:

• Please read the label text to identify the insulin you are planning to use.
• Do not rely solely on features such as a colour code to confirm the type of insulin you are planning to use.
• Please inspect your insulin before each use. Such inspection will provide further reassurance about the type of insulin, as some insulins are clear and colourless solutions whereas other types are cloudy suspensions.
