Our Induction programme

We think that it is very important for you to get off to a good start with us. Therefore, we take the time to integrate you into the team so that you feel welcome at Novo Nordisk from your very first day. 

A crucial part of the process takes place in the first week when you will find out more about the Company, your job and the work environment.

However, this is by no means the end; your induction to the company and your job is an ongoing process rather than a one-off event.  Your first 6 months will involve ongoing learning as you build the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for effective performance.
