Customer Care Officer

This is a part-time, 12 month maternity leave relief position.

In this position you will spend approximately 80% of your time answering incoming calls from consumers and healthcare professionals. In addition, you will work closely with the marketing, medical and sales teams and complete various administration duties such as updating our database.

We are looking for a customer focused individual with previous experience in a similar position or, alternatively, experience in a customer facing role within pharmacy or healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, the ability to cope with challenging customer needs, experience with MS Office and web-based databases. Tertiary qualifications in biological sciences, pharmacy, nursing or a medical discipline are not essential, but preferred.
