Learning & Development: Training and Development is an integral part of your career at Novo Nordisk. All new employees attend an Induction Program and are provided with the necessary product and therapy area training. Ongoing training throughout your time with Novo Nordisk ensures you always have the skills and knowledge required to perform your job. Each February, you and your manager will implement a formal Development Plan to help you plan for your future and the company's.
Leadership Forums: Each quarter, people managers come together to discuss business and people strategy, as well as the lastest tips and trends to capture better business with people practices and how they can be further enhanced at Novo Nordisk.

Gymnasium: To encourage you to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle you have access to our onsite gymnasium.
Employee Assistance Program: The EAP gives you and your immediate family members access to professionally qualified and registered psychologists who can provide confidential, short-term counselling and advice - at no cost to you. Access to the program begins on Day 1.
Confidential Health Assessments: Every second year, you are given the opportunity to undergo a free, confidential health assessment through an external provider.
Flu Vaccinations: Every year in the lead-up to Winter, Novo Nordisk covers the cost of flu vaccinations for employees who wish to be vaccinated.
